Part of our dedication to the Art of Print is to continue to train artists in the skills of printmaking.
We offer in-depth instruction across the spectrum of printmaking processes, from traditional to experimental. Artists looking to build printmaking skills can arrange for private tutorials or register for one of our workshops. Workshops are geared toward adult artists, while outreach programs are suitable for families and youth. High school art students can apply for our comprehensive, fully-funded after school mentorship program, modeled after apprenticeships of old.
Workshops
We provide hands-on instruction across the many types of printmaking. Whether you are new to a particular printmaking process, or are an experienced artist seeking to advance your practice, CCP can help you achieve your artistic goals. Classes are usually designed for adults and are open to participants of all skill levels.
Youth Educational Programs
While our workshops are more geared toward adult education, we do offer select programs for younger artists, including printmaking experiences for school groups, and a fully-funded after school mentorship program for high school students.
Printmaking Residencies
CCP has an established and competitive Artist-in-Residence Program designed to foster the growth of both emerging and established printmakers.
