CCP Executive Director Kimberly Henrikson Receives Penn State Alumni Award
The Center for Contemporary Printmaking is pleased to announce that Executive Director Kimberly Henrikson has been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Arts and Architecture Alumni Award from Penn State’s College of Arts and Architecture.
The award recognizes the career achievements and contributions of Penn State alumni in the arts and design disciplines. Kimberly graduated from Penn State in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and has built a career spanning more than 25 years across the nonprofit, museum, technology, and fine art printmaking communities.
Kimberly is currently celebrating her 10th year as Executive Director of CCP, where she leads the 31-year-old nonprofit dedicated to supporting, preserving, and advancing the art of original prints. Under her leadership, CCP continues to expand its exhibitions, educational programs, artist residencies, community outreach, and support for artists and printmakers.
In addition to her work at CCP, Kimberly is an active advocate for the arts. She serves on the board of directors of the Print Club of New York, chairs the national advisory council for the Palmer Museum of Art at Penn State, and serves on the advisory board of the Norwalk Art Space.
The 2026 Arts and Architecture Alumni Awards will be presented on Thursday, October 1, at the Penn State Downtown Theatre Center in State College, Pennsylvania.
