WORKSHOP REGISTRATION POLICY

Payment is due upon registration. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Spots will not be “held” for anyone who has not registered and paid.

Class sizes reflect the minimum number of participants needed for a class to run and the maximum number of participants the space can safely accommodate while ensuring that each participant receives individual direction as needed by the instructor. If the minimum registration is not met two weeks prior to the workshop start date, CCP may choose to cancel the workshop.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

If CCP cancels a workshop for any reason, fees are fully refunded.

Weather-related cancellations: In order to insure staff, teacher, and participant safety during inclement weather, CCP follows the Norwalk Public School System’s announcements to determine any weather-related cancellations or delays (visit: https://www.norwalkps.org/).

If a participant cancels their registration:

  • more than 14 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund of the cost of the workshop minus the $48 registration fee.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to the workshop will receive 50% of the cost of the workshop less the $48 registration fee and is contingent on whether or not the workshop has met the minimum number of participants necessary for the workshop to run without your registration.
  • Cancellations less than 1 week in advance do not receive a refund. CCP is not responsible for any travel or material fees made by the participant.

Cancellations due to Illness: We encourage people to stay home if they are feeling sick. If you need to cancel due to illness, you must contact the Center before the class runs. We will approach each workshop/potential cancellation individually.
