Registration is due 14 days prior to the workshop start date unless otherwise noted and must be accompanied by full payment. Class sizes reflect the minimum number of participants needed for a class to run and the maximum number of participants the space can safely accommodate while ensuring that each participant can receive individual direction as needed by the instructor.
If CCP cancels a workshop for any reason, fees are fully refunded. In order to insure staff, teacher, and participant safety during inclement weather, CCP follows the Norwalk Public School System’s announcements to determine any weather-related cancellations or delays (visit: http://Norwalkps.org).
Workshop participants cancelling their registration more than 14 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund of the cost of the workshop minus the $50 registration fee. Cancellations 7 to 14 days before the workshop will receive 50% of the cost of the workshop less the $50 registration fee and is contingent on whether or not the workshop has met the minimum number of participants necessary for the workshop to run without your registration. Cancellations less than 1 week in advance do not receive a refund. CCP is not responsible for any travel or material fees made by the participant. Participants are responsible for contacting CCP to confirm or cancel enrollment in the workshop. CCP will confirm classes will run no less than 14 days before the start of the workshop.
