Participants will take advantage of summertime in beautiful Mathews Park, using it as the subject of their prints during this outdoor workshop. At the start of the day participants will meet at CCP to learn printmaking techniques one can take outside of the studio, then participants will move outside to the park to begin their prints. During the course of the workshop participants may make sketches outside and return to the studio to work or remain outside making direct observation prints which the instructor will assist in printing for you throughout the day. 



MEAGHAN MORROW received her Associates Degree in Graphic Design and illustration at Pratt Institute Manhattan, then moved onto complete her BFA in Illustration at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. Through pursuing illustration, Meaghan explored print techniques as a medium for illustration and quickly grew a love for collaborative printmaking.  After returning to her home town of Stamford, Meaghan began working for the Center for Contemporary Printmaking. For the past three years she has been working as the Workshop Coordinator and Assistant Printer; working collaboratively with instructors and artist members to create one of a kind fine art prints.
