Spend a Sunday inspired by the energy and expertise of renowned artist Nomi Silverman! Silverman will assist participants as they explore the versatile and expressive qualities monotype brings to figure drawing.

In this Figure Session–a longtime favorite of our community–participants will emulate the process of Degas by studying and printing from a live model. Silverman will guide artists through the drawing and printing process. She’ll also introduce the expanded possibilities of reworking ghost impressions to achieve depth of color and composition. Oil-based and water-based printing are both welcome.
